Surrounded by orange groves in Alzira, Casa Magnolia stands as an architectural gem with more than a century of history. Built in the early 20th century, it reflects the splendour of a time when citrus farming transformed the Valencian region.
In 1992, the España family rescued the house from abandonment, restoring its former splendour.
Decades later, in 2024, Blanca and Miguel arrived with the dream of opening a new chapter:
to transform it into a living space, a shared home where people could reconnect with nature and with themselves.
Today, beneath the shade of the bicentennial magnolia tree that gives the house its name, Casa Magnolia continues to write its story — a story of hospitality, beauty and community.
At Casa Magnolia, every room has been restored with great care, always respecting its original essence. We have combined noble materials, natural light and thoughtfully selected details.
The result is a warm, inspiring and serene space, ideal both for relaxation and for celebrating special moments.
Every corner preserves the soul of the past: original floors, wooden beams and charming art nouveau details, seamlessly blended with modern comfort.
